Charlie Wingate's Luncheon 2/24/2022

We were able to welcome and catchup with Charlie Wingate while he visited Richmond.  Charlie has been living in Mexico had traveled to California to visit his daughter and to Richmond to renew old friendships with classmates for the Class of 1962.  I was great to have Charlie with us.
